CANCELATION
Bounce-n-Party requires $50 deposit on all reservations. Deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within 2 weeks of the party date, Cancelations made more than two weeks in advance will receive a full refund.
WEATHER
If Bounce-n-Party is forced to cancel your reservation due to weather/high winds, you will receive a full refund.

Blowers must be connected to a GFCI Outlet.

Bounce-N-Party will supply all power cords.

Water facet must be within 50 ft of unit.

Bounce-N-Party will supply water hose for water units.

How far in advance should I book a bounce house?In peak warm weather season, we recommend booking your rental at least 3-4 weeks in advance. The sooner the better!

What are my responsibilities as the renter?Please see Rental Agreement and Safety Rules.

Is Bounce-n-Party insured?Yes. Bounce-n-Party has a comprehensive insurance policy in place specifically for inflatables. A certificate of insurance is supplied upon request.

How do I pay for my rental?A $50 dollar booking fee is due upon booking your reservation. You will receive an invoice via text typically the day before or morning of your party. You can pay the invoice right on your phone!

How much room do I need to have a bounce house?Take a look at our inventory listings, we have included the sizes for each of our inflatables. Please note, we need to have a clear path (no steps) to the area where it is to be set up. The area needs to be clear of sticks, debris, and dog waste. If we are setting up in a fenced back yard, please ensure that any gates will accomodate a large bouce house. If you have any questions or concerns about our ability to access the set up site please contact us.

How long can I keep the bounce house and other rentals?Bounce houses and other inflatable rentals are 6 hours in duration. Additional hours may be added for a fee upon approval from Bounce-n-Party.

Do you clean the bounce houses regularly?Yes. All our units are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each use. It is as important to us that our guests enjoy a clean, well-kept, sanitary play space.

Can I pick up the bounce house or other inflatable and set it up myself?No. We have skilled delivery and set up personnel who set inflatables up and firmly secure them on a flat, safe area. Bounce-n-Party inflatables are commercial grade and weigh between 150lbs and 600lbs each, making moving and transporting them difficult for customers. At the end of your event, our staff will inspect, deflate and remove the inflatable.

Do you offer discounts if we rent more than one inflatable?YES! Please contact us if you would like to rent more than one unit as we do offer a multiple rental discount!

Do you rent to schools, churches, businesses, festivals, etc.?ABSOLUTELY! If you are an organization renting more than one unit please contact us directly as we will give you a discount on more than one unit!

What is the policy in case of rain or high winds?Bounce-n-Party WILL cancel your event due to storms and high winds in order to keep you and your guests safe. For your safety and the safety of your guests, we will not set up an inflatable in moderate to heavy rain or winds of 20 mph or higher. If the weather looks like it will be unsafe prior to delivery, we will call you and discuss whether we should cancel or postpone the rental or reschedule your event. If we set up the unit and the weather later turns inclement (rain or high winds), we will be in touch with you to ensure you have turned off all blowers and brought them indoors. If inclement weather interrupts your event less than 3 hours into the rental, we will work with the you on a credit for a future date.

Can I wear shoes or eye wear on an inflatable?No. All participants MUST REMOVE SHOES and EYE WEAR before playing in the inflatable unit.

Can I bring food, drinks, or other substances in an inflatable?No. Absolutely no “Silly String”, gum, candy, food or other sticky substances are allowed in our inflatable units. Spilled food, drinks, gum, silly string, crayons or pen marks, or if the unit is found dirty beyond reasonable use, may result in a $250 cleaning fee.

Can I move the inflatable equipment?No. The inflatable equipment is not to be moved from the place where it was installed.
